Our plastic housings are expertly crafted using the vacuum casting process, a highly efficient and precise manufacturing technique. Vacuum casting is an ideal choice for small - batch production, as it allows us to replicate complex geometries and fine details with exceptional accuracy.

To begin the process, we first create a high - quality master model, often made through 3D printing or CNC machining. This master model serves as the template for a silicone mold. Once the silicone mold is ready, it is placed in a vacuum chamber. Liquid resin, in this case, ABS - like material, is poured into the mold under vacuum conditions. This vacuum environment ensures that air bubbles are removed from the resin, resulting in a smooth and void - free final product.
