Idea

This high-performance bent pipe is manufactured using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) additive manufacturing technology, utilizing aluminum alloy (e.g., AlSi10Mg or 6061) for optimal strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The SLM process enables precise, complex geometries with internal channels or customized curvature that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional methods.

The pipe features thin yet robust walls, uniform material density, and excellent pressure resistance, making it ideal for aerospace, automotive, or fluid systems where lightweight, durable tubing is critical. Post-processing includes CNC machining for precision interfaces, shot peening for stress relief, and optional anodizing for enhanced surface hardness and aesthetics.
